GREEN BEANS AND CASHEWS 
3 lbs. green beans
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. salted cashews
Salt and seasonings to taste

Boil beans uncovered approximately 10 minutes. Spread beans on towel to dry. Allow beans to cool.

Melt butter in skillet and add beans, lemon juice and cashews. Heat thoroughly. Serves 6-8 people.
