BAKED APRICOTS 
2 (16 or 17 oz.) cans apricots (drained)
1 box brown sugar
1/2 box Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick butter

Layer above in order in a 2 quart oblong pan (greased). Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir slightly while cooking.
