MICROWAVE APRICOT BAKED CHICKEN | |
5 lb. chicken pieces 1/2 c mayonnaise 2 env. dry onion soup mix 1 c. bottled Russian dressing 2 c. apricot preserves Arrange chicken in 2 (2-quart) glass dishes. Combine all the ingredients and spread over chicken coating each piece. Cover dish with waxed paper and bake each dish separately in microwave 20 minutes per dish. Turn dish halfway through cooking time. |
