BAKED APRICOTS 
2 (1 lb.) cans apricot halves
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 box Ritz crackers, crushed
Butter (use generously)

Place a layer of drained apricots in a buttered baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of the brown sugar, then a layer of crushed Ritz crackers. Dot with lumps of butter. Repeat. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Excellent accompaniment for meat. (See "Sweet & Sour Pork With Rice.")
