APRICOT BAKE 
3/4 c. pureed apricots (baby food)
4 egg whites (beaten stiff)
3 tbsp. honey
Dash of salt

Fold apricot puree into stiff egg whites. Fold in honey and salt. Bake in 1 quart casserole at 375 for 20 minutes or until firm. 4 servings. 1 servings equals 93 calories.
