CHICKEN & BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (9") deep dish pie crust
2 c. chopped broccoli
2 lg. chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
3 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. skim milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Layer 1 cup of grated cheese in bottom of pie crust. Mix together broccoli, chicken and minced onion. Sprinkle this mixture over cheese in pie crust. Add remaining cheese over broccoli and chicken mixture. Pour milk and egg mixture over whole quiche.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until knife comes out of center clean. Let stand 15-30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
