“MINI MEATBALLS SUBS” IS IN:

MINI MEATBALLS SUBS 
1 (12 ct.) pkg. King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic powder
12 Rosina frozen meatballs (or cooked homemade meatballs if desired)
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded Mozzarella or Italian Blend cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Remove rolls from package and place in baking dish. Using a knife, cut a circle out of center of each roll. Press centers down to create a hole in each.

Brush tops and insides of rolls with butter; sprinkle with garlic powder. Add a small amount of cheese to each hole; press a meatball into each. Top with a spoonful of marinara sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over tops of meatballs.

Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until meatballs are heated through and cheese is melted.

Makes 12 mini meatball subs.

Note: Can sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before or after baking.
