1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
M&M'S®

Mix butter and sugars. Beat eggs and vanilla. Add to first mixture. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to first mixture. Add chopped nuts. You may crush some M&M'S® and mix with the dough to give cookies a crunchy taste. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Put M&M'S® on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until done.
