HAM LOAF 
3 lb. ham loaf mix (1 1/2 lb. ham, 1 1/2 lb. fresh pork)
4 slices bread
1 egg
1 c. milk

Mix together and make loaves approximately 1/2 cup each. Mix together 2 tablespoons prepared mustard and 1 cup brown sugar and spread over loaves. Pour 1 cup pineapple juice over loaves. Let stand approximately 1 hour in fridge. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours electric (gas may be less). Makes 15 loaves.
