CREAMED HAM AND VEGETABLES 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. cooked, cubed ham
2 to 3 c. milk

In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and mustard. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Add mixed vegetables and ham. Cook and stir 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Serves 6.
