CREAM OF VEGETABLE SOUP 
6 c. water
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, cut fine

Simmer for 20 minutes.

Add: 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes

Simmer 20 minutes more.

Add: 1 bag frozen cauliflower

Simmer 20 minutes more.

Stir in: 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
