BEEF IN SHERRY 
3 lbs. stewing beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. sherry
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

In a large casserole, combine the beef, cut into 1" cubes and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or 300 degrees for 4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
