HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can red beans
1 can tomatoes, cut into sm. pieces
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
12 oz. RF wide egg noodles, cooked

Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Add beans, tomatoes, soup, and cheese. Cook egg noodles. Combine all ingredients, top with Velveeta cheese slices. Bake about 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
