Not too much flavor - I added a little vanilla and 2 tsp of sugar. I also felt they were a little salty. The texture was great - almost like cake.

The best pancake recipe I have ever tried. Now it is my standard recipe. Moist and fluffy.
Recipe makes enough for two people.

Whoa... These are amazing! I didn't have milk but had half and half and got the idea to use sour cream instead so started googling and came up with this recipe. Wow. I added some water because for some reason it came out the consistency of mortar (maybe the extra fat in the half and half) but other than that I added some chocolate chips to it and my children and I are stunned... Creamy smooth delicious... This recipe is da bomb! Bookmarking it for eternity.

I love pancakes and I was looking for a new recipe that I could make and love any time I make it. I had a idea to make sour cream pancakes. Did a google search and stumbled across this one, read it's reviews and tried it. I was surprised that everybody was right. I'm not Mexican and don't speak spanish, but muy delicioso (very delicious).

VERY GOOD. I used the small amount of skim milk. Made 1 & 1/2 the recipe. Added Stone ground corn meal for the extra 1/2 cup. So light and fluffy. I have QUIT Buttermilk, due to the higher amt. of sodium. Use Sour cream instead for all recipes. Get Sour Cream in 3 lb. tubs @ COSTCOs. No need to look for any better recipes.
