BACON, SOUR CREAM, AVOCADO
OMELET
 
2 eggs
milk and/or mayonnaise
half of an avocado
sour cream
bacon, chopped
onions (optional)
salt and pepper
butter

In a separate bowl combine 2 eggs with mayonnaise and/or milk.

Meanwhile, cook bacon in microwave or separate skillet and cut into pieces.

In a large skillet, stir together butter and eggs, and cook over medium heat.

When the eggs are done, turn off the heat and add the bacon, sour cream, and avocado.

Fold over the egg carefully to finalize the omelet, let it cool and enjoy!
