SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. medium cheese (sharp)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. butter (to cook onions in)

Combine all ingredients and pour into well greased baking dish. Top with enough additional bread crumbs to cover ingredients and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot.
