SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. med. sharp cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onions in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients and put in well-greased baking dish. Top with additional bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
