SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. squash
1 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 c. grated sharp cheese
12 to 14 Ritz crackers

Cook squash and mash. Add garlic powder and eggs; beat with fork. Add grated cheese. Pour in buttered 11 x 8 inch dish. Crumble crackers on top and dot with butter.
