CABBAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. head cabbage 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. onion 1/2 c. rice, uncooked 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup 1 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Grease a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Chop cabbage into bite-size pieces; layer inside dish. Brown meat and onions; add rice, salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage. Heat soup with water; pour over cabbage and meat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over mixture. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
