RAISED FLAPJACKS | |
1 pkg. active dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees) 1 egg 1 1/3 c. milk 2 c. Bisquick baking mix In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add egg, milk, and baking mix, beat with rotary beater until smooth. Cover, let stand at room temperature 1 1/2 hours or refrigerate at least 8 hours. Pour batter from tip of large spoon or from pitcher onto hot griddle. (Grease griddle lightly if necessary.) Turn when bubbles break. Bake other side until golden brown. About 20 (4 inch) flapjacks. |
