RAISED FLAPJACKS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 egg
1 1/3 c. milk
2 c. biscuit mix

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add egg, milk and biscuit mix. Beat with mixer until smooth. Cover and let stand 1 1/2 hours or refrigerate overnight (8 hours). Pour on hot griddle and fry.
