RAISED FLAPJACKS | |
1 pkg. active dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1 egg 1 1/3 c. milk 2 c. butter baking mix Dissolve yeast in warm water in bowl. Add egg, milk, and baking mix. Beat until smooth. Cover; let stand at room temperature 1 1/2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Bake on hot griddle. Turn flapjacks when bubbles break. Makes 20 (4 inch) flapjacks. |
