RUM CAKE 
2 pkgs. Stella Doro anisette cookies or 1 sponge cake
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Cherries
Nuts
1 1/2 c. rum or as much as you like
12 x 8 1/2 inch pan

Cut cookies in half and line pan. Sprinkle white rum as desired about 1/2 cup. Beat chocolate pudding and spread on cookies. Spread Cool Whip and cherries and nuts. Beat vanilla pudding. Spread another layer of cookies, rum,, and repeat with vanilla pudding, whip, cherries and nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
