HUMMUS DIP 
1 1/2 c. chick peas
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. tamari soy sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 c. tahini (sesame butter)
1/4 c. parsley
Dash of cayenne
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 scallions
1/4 c. bean juice

Puree everything in food processor. Add more bean juice to get consistency of dip if desired. Serve with vegetables and (or) pita bread sections.
