COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 boned chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. dry white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped parsley

In 2 quart skillet, melt butter. Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and garlic salt. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat. Place chicken in ungreased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Add wine and parsley to remaining melted butter. When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce mixture over it. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes. Now it's ready to serve.
