CHICKEN KIEV - COUNTRY STYLE 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in butter. Set remaining butter aside. Roll in crumbs. Place, skin side up, in 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes. To leftover butter, add remaining ingredients. Pour over baked chicken. Bake 2-3 minutes more. Serves 4.
