SHRIMP JUMBALAYA 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. uncooked rice
Pinch thyme
1/2 onion, chopped fine
3 toes garlic
Pinch parsley
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 lb. shrimp
1 link sausage
Smoke sausage
2 1/2 c. water

In a 5 quart pot fry sausage, shrimp and seasoning. In same pot bring to a boil 2 1/2 cups of water, tomato sauce, shrimp, sausage and season. Then add rice and simmer for 30 minutes.
