2 sm. pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 pkgs. gummy worms

With mixer mix cream cheese, sugar and pudding mix. Gradually add milk. Grind cookies through food processor or blender (chopper blade) 5 or 6 cookies at a time.

Line clean clay flower pot with foil. Layer pudding mix, cookie dirt alternating with gummy worms. Make last layer approximately 1 inch thick with cookie dirt. Place silk or plastic flower arrangement in dirt. Put one gummy worm sticking half way out of dirt. Serve with clean garden trowel.
