ITALIAN ROLLS 
3 1/2-4 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and Italian seasoning. In saucepan heat milk, butter and water until warm. Add flour mixture and egg with warm mixture. Blend on low speed until moist, 3 minutes on medium. By hand stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Knead 3-5 minutes on a well floured surface.

Place in greased bowl, turn to grease top. Let rise in warm oven, 15 minutes. Punch down and divide into 16 pieces and form into ball dipped in melted butter and cheese. Place in greased pan. Cover and let rise 10 minutes. Bake 20-25 minutes.
