GLAZED STUFFED HAM BALLS 
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. butter
1 c. herb stuffing mix
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 ham steaks (2 oz. each)
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Heat orange juice and butter in microwave-safe dish at HIGH until mixture boils. Add stuffing mix and green peppers. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Place 1/4 cup of the stuffing on each ham steak, fold over and place seam sides down, in shallow microwave baking dish. Spoon remaining stuffing into dish around ham rolls. Spoon marinade over ham rolls and stuffing. Cook, covered, at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
