HAM GLAZE #2 
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
8 oz. chopped or crushed pineapple
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. honey

Combine all ingredients and baste scored smoked ham every 10 minutes (30 minutes before done, 3 times).

OPTION: Can make 2 times as much and use with "pineapple pork chops."
