CREAMY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 c. salted or unsalted finely crushed pretzels
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. butter, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. dairy sour cream
4 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees. For crust, combine crushed pretzels and 2 tablespoons sugar; stir in butter. Press mixture on bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes. Cool slightly.

In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in 2 cups sugar and 2/3 cup cocoa. Add eggs and stir well. Stir in sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour onto crust. Bake 35 minutes or until edges are set (edges may crack slightly). Remove from oven. Cool completely. Variation: Cut recipe in half and bake in pie pan for cheesecake.
