SHOE PEG CORN SALAD 
2 cans Leseuer peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French cut green beans (drain in colander)
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. purple onion
4 ribs of celery (chop up)

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash garlic pepper (optional)

Bring to a boil then cool and mix together. Makes 1/2 gallon.
