FISH FILLETS IN CORAL SAUCE 
1 lb. fish fillets
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper
1 tsp. paprika

Microwave butter in a 9"x9" square glass baking dish for 30 seconds until melted. Stir the following into the butter: lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika. Arrange fish (fresh or frozen, thawed) in butter mixture and turn to coat each side. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 5 1/2 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
