VIDALIA ONION PIE 
2 lb. Vidalia onions
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Dash hot sauce (Tabasco)
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
Parmesan cheese

Saute onions in butter. Combine eggs, sour cream, salt, white pepper, and Tabasco. Add to onion mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

Good served with steak.
