VIDALIA ONION PIE 
3 c. onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
Deep dish pie shell
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
4 strips bacon, fried crisp & crumbled

Cook onion in butter until tender. Spoon into pastry shell. Combine milk, sour cream, salt, eggs and flour. Pour over onions. Garnish with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm in center.
