VIDALIA ONION PIE SUPREME 
1 baked pie shell
3 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
6 bacon slices, crisply fried & crumbled

Saute onions in butter until lightly browned. Spoon into pastry shell. Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over onions in shell. Bake at 325 degrees until firm, about 30 minutes. Garnish with bacon. Serves 6.
