BURGER - ONION PIE 
2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Paprika

Start heating oven to 375 degrees. Mix Bisquick mix as label directs for rolled biscuits. Roll into circle and use to line a well greased 9 inch pie plate. Put dough gently but firmly into pie plate so edge of dough comes just to edge of plate.

Then in large skillet melt butter; add onions and cook until onions transparent. Add beef, cook until meat loses red color. Blend in 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and flour. Cook a few minutes longer. Spread mixture over bottom of biscuit dough in pie plate.

Blend sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon salt and eggs. Spoon over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serves 4-6.
