VIDALIA ONION PIE SUPREME 
1 baked pie shell
3 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. flour
Bacon slices

Cook onion in butter until lightly browned, spoon into shell. Add milk and 1 1/4 cups sour cream. Blend flour with 1/4 cup sour cream. Combine with egg mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm in center. Garnish with fried crisp bacon.
