CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brandy

FRUIT:

Any fresh fruit, cut up in sm. pieces

In a fondue pot, melt chocolate slowly over low heat. Stir in sugar, butter, salt and brandy. Blend well together.

Slowly pour in cream. Stir constantly over low heat.

Serve with a variety of fresh fruit; i.e. green apples, oranges, pears, banana and pound cake are great to serve.
