"THE BEST" CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, quartered
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2/3 c. half and half
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Place both kinds of chocolate in blender. Combine next 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until bubbly. Pour sugar mixture over chocolate. Add vanilla. Process 1 minute or until smooth. Yield 2 cups.

Keep warm in ceramic fondue pot or heavy bowl. Serve with pound cake cubes, banana chunks, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, pineapple, etc.
