GRAHAM CRACKER 
3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans

Beat egg whites until stiff, beat in sugar and baking powder. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Pour into greased and floured pie plate or pan. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top (optional). Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes (do not over cook). Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Let stand a while before eating. Freezes good, add the cream after taking out of freezer.
