CRAB-STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
25 fresh mushrooms 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. milk 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat 2 tbsp. minced onions 1/2 tsp. horseradish Dash of Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste Bread crumbs Blend all ingredients except mushrooms. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes in a shallow buttered dish until hot and bubbly. |
