CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 bunch green onions
3 oz. white wine
1 oz. sherry wine
1 egg
Bread crumbs
1 lb. fresh crab
1 rib of celery only

Use saute pan. Combine both wines and thin slice your green onion and celery and cook slowly. Let it reduce to half its volume, then add crab. Get good and hot and pull it off heat. Let it cool slightly. Add the egg and blend it all together with your bread crumbs. Make sure you stem off your mushrooms before you stuff them.
