LINGUINE WITH SHRIMP 
1 lb. linguine
1/3 c. olive oil
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
4 cloves of garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook linguine according to package directions. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil and saute garlic for 2 minutes. Add next 6 ingredients. Cook 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 10 minutes. Drain linguine and pour sauce on top. Makes 4 servings.
