CHILLED STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1 c. fresh strawberries, quartered
1 c. strawberry daiquiri mix
2 c. sour cream
2 c. heavy cream or whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. strawberry liqueur (optional)

Measure all ingredients into electric blender. Blend or frappe on high speed. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with liquid chocolate design and fresh strawberries. Makes 4 servings.
