CHINESE - STYLE BARBECUED PORK 
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1/4 c. sugar

Mix. Place 2 pork tenderloins in plastic bag. Add sauce and turn over several times to coat meat. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning several times.

Place marinated tenderloins on a rack in a foil lined baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes on each side. Baste occasionally with sauce. Remove, cool and slice meat crosswise into thin slices and serve with hot mustard and toasted sesame seeds for dipping.
