CHINESE BARBECUED PORK 
2 pork tenderloins
2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red food coloring (optional)
1/4 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients except tenderloins. Put in a flat dish and place pork in the sauce. Turn to cover meat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning several times. To cook, put meat on a rack in a foil lined pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes on each side. Baste with marinade occasionally. Remove, cool, and slice meat crosswise in thin slices. Serve with Chinese hot mustard and sesame seeds.
