STICK TO YOUR RIBS RIBS 
4 lb. spareribs, cut into pieces
1 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. molasses
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard

Place ribs in single layer in 2 large baking pans. Pour 1/2 cup water into each pan. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Pour off the water and any rendered fat form the ribs; combine ribs in 1 pan and pour the sauce over them. Bake, uncovered 1 hour, basting occasionally.

Sauce: In frying pan, melt a little butter. Add onion and saute until limp. Stir in catsup, salt, Worcestershire, Tabasco, vinegar, molasses, ginger, thyme, mustard and paprika. Blend well, and simmer uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes.
