B. B. Q. SAUCE FOR RIBS | |
3 sticks celery 1 c. water 1 1/2 c. onion 1 c. brown sugar 3 c. tomato soup 1 c. molasses 1/2 c. wine vinegar 2 to 3 c. catsup 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Dice celery fine, add water, cook. Add onion, cook until soft. Add rest of ingredients and beat. Cook or bake ribs partly done. Pour off fat, finishing baking with sauce. Real good on beef, pork or chicken. Enough for large pan 12x18. |
